Payments
Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit. Cash is accepted but only by payment on the day.
Once the clean is complete a direct debit is automatically submitted with an invoice immediately emailed to each client. This automatic process reduces the burden on the customer allowing prompt and efficient payment.
Our Process
Uilising the latest techniques and equipment we ensure that your windows are cleaned to perfection. Our process involves inspecting your windows, removing any debris or dirt, and cleaning them with eco-friendly chemical free heated pure water.
Heated water provides a deeper clean with less scrubbing reducing the risk of damage. The heated pure water ensures a perfect streak and spot free finish.
Optima has a zero ladder policy this ensures no damage to the customers property and keeps our staff safe. In some circumstances we may not be able to provide as full service if access cannot be reached from the ground u our professional equipment.

Access, Pets and Vents
The day before your clean an email can be sent informing you of our attendance. We ask that side gates are left unlocked and animals are kept inside.
Please ensure your vents and windows are closed for the clean.
