Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit. Cash is accepted but only by payment on the day.
Once the clean is complete a direct debit is automatically submitted with an invoice immediately emailed to each client. This automatic process reduces the burden on the customer allowing prompt and efficient payment.

Access, Pets and Vents
The day before your clean a message can be sent informing you of our attendance. We ask that side gates are left unlocked and animals are kept inside.
